I’m looking for an Atari ST emulator to run on an IBM PC, anyone know
where I could find one?

Gemulator is an Atari ST emu for IBM PCs. It consists of a small
board onto which you plug the TOS roms and some software.
I have ordered one , and expect it withing the next few weeks.
It costs $99 at the moment, without TOS roms. The emulation
runs completely in software. A 466 should (according to the docs)
run as fast as an original ST, and in some cases , as fast as a
Falcon.
I have conveniently fogotten the author’s name. I will look it all up
