Emulator Guide

This is the second revision of "emulator guide", which will hopefully
in future give pointers to important emulators and sites supporting them,
or providing associated information, preferably WWW sites.

This time there is no emulator descriptions included, because I haven’t
 got them sorted out yet.

If you know more lists of emulators, technical documents useful in writing
one, or particularly any WWW sites, I’d like to hear about them.

This file is a guide to help you to get more information
on emulators for a spesific system. Some kind if index that is.
When a emulator list is specified, see it for further details.

Plain processors and microcontrollers are not included yet.
This should go into the comp.emulators.misc FAQ.
Any information to be added is welcome.
